The rules for the flag
The flag of Bangladesh is set by a 1972 presidential order: a red circle on a green field.
If the length of the flag is 10, the height is 6 and the radius of the red circle is 2. The center of the circle is 4.5 from the left edge and halfway up, so it sits a little toward the pole.
